Payment Policy
1. Advance Payment
- A partial or full advance may be required to secure your booking.
- Bookings without advance payment may be automatically cancelled.
2. Full Payment
- The full amount must be settled before check-in or as per the communicated payment schedule.
3. Accepted Payment Methods
- UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm)
- Debit/Credit Cards
- Bank Transfer
- Cash (Indian Rupees)
4. Taxes & Charges
- All rates are subject to GST and applicable service charges.
- Additional charges apply for extra guests, extra beds, damages, or special requests.
5. Payment Failure
If your payment fails or charge is reversed:
- The booking may be cancelled
- You will be required to provide an alternative payment method immediately
6. Security Deposit (If applicable)
Some bookings may require a refundable security deposit, returned at checkout after room inspection.
