Payment Policy

1. Advance Payment

  • A partial or full advance may be required to secure your booking.
  • Bookings without advance payment may be automatically cancelled.


2. Full Payment

  • The full amount must be settled before check-in or as per the communicated payment schedule.


3. Accepted Payment Methods

  • UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm)
  • Debit/Credit Cards
  • Bank Transfer
  • Cash (Indian Rupees)


4. Taxes & Charges

  • All rates are subject to GST and applicable service charges.
  • Additional charges apply for extra guests, extra beds, damages, or special requests.


5. Payment Failure

If your payment fails or charge is reversed:

  • The booking may be cancelled
  • You will be required to provide an alternative payment method immediately


6. Security Deposit (If applicable)

Some bookings may require a refundable security deposit, returned at checkout after room inspection.
