CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

1. Guest-Initiated Cancellation

  • Free cancellation if cancelled before the allowed period mentioned at booking.
  • Cancellation after the allowed period will incur a cancellation fee.
  • Non-refundable bookings will not be eligible for refund under any circumstances.


2. No-Show Policy

If a guest does not arrive on the check-in date without cancelling, the booking amount will be fully charged with no refund.


3. Early Checkout

If you choose to check out earlier than planned, unused nights are non-refundable.


4. Refund Timeline

Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days, depending on your bank/payment provider.


5. Property-Initiated Cancellation

If we cancel a confirmed booking due to technical, maintenance or operational issues:

  • We will offer an alternative room/apartment OR Process a 100% refund of the amount paid.
