1. Booking & Check-in

• A valid government ID is mandatory for all guests at check-in .
• The person booking must be 18 years or older.
• Standard check-in and check-out times apply unless otherwise confirmed.
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges.

2. Payment Terms

• A booking is confirmed only after the advance payment is received.
• Full payment must be completed before or at check-in.
• Accepted payment methods include UPI, card, bank transfer and cash.

3. Guest Responsibility

Guests must agree to:

• Maintain the room/apartment in good condition
• Avoid damage, misuse or illegal activities
• Follow property rules regarding noise, visitors, smoking, and safety
• Pay for any damages, missing items, or additional cleaning charges

4. Visitors Policy

Visitors are allowed only with prior approval from the front desk. Visitor ID is mandatory.

5. House Rules

• Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas.
• Pets are not allowed unless explicitly approved.
• Loud music, parties or disturbances are not permitted.
• Only the number of guests declared during booking may stay in the unit.

6. Liability

• We are not responsible for loss of personal belongings not deposited at the front desk.
• Use of property amenities is at guests’ own risk.
• Management reserves the right to cancel or deny entry to guests violating property rules.

7. Modification of Booking

Any change in dates, room type or number of guests is subject to availability and revised charges.
