We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be transparent while helping us manage room availability effectively. Please review the following terms before making or altering a reservation.

Standard Cancellation Timeframes and Charges

  • Cancellations made 3 or more days (72 hours) before check-in: A cancellation fee of 25% of the total booking amount will be deducted. The remaining 75% will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • Cancellations made between 48 and 72 hours before check-in: A fee of 60% of the total booking amount will be charged. The rest will be refunded.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in: Will incur a full charge (100%) of the total booking. No refunds will be issued.

No-Show Policy

Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and 100% of the room charges will be forfeited.

Early Departures

If a guest checks out before the original departure date, no refund will be provided for unused nights, unless otherwise agreed upon at the time of booking.

Third-Party Bookings

If you booked your stay through an external travel portal or agency, the cancellation rules defined by that platform will apply. We recommend reviewing those terms prior to requesting cancellation.

How to Cancel

All cancellation requests must be made in writing through one of the following official channels:

  • By emailing our reservations team (email address provided on our official website)
  • Through the cancellation link provided in your booking confirmation email
  • By submitting a request through our website’s booking portal

Refund Processing

Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after a cancellation is confirmed. The amount will be credited to the same account used during booking.

Peak Periods and Special Promotions

Cancellation terms may vary during festive seasons, public holidays, and special promotional periods. Any such variations will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

Modification Requests

Changes to the reservation, such as altering check-in/check-out dates or guest details, are subject to room availability and prevailing rates. The above cancellation terms may still apply depending on the timing and nature of the change.
